What is a Home Protection Plan (HPP)?We designed a preventative pest plan to provide a proactive approach to residential pest control.
• We will perform four scheduled service visits per year (spring, summer, fall, and winter)
• We will include emergency services at NO additional cost
• We will inspect the property for possible entry points and will seal anything minor or provide recommendations*
• We will install interior and exterior pest control devices
• We will provide an exterior spring spray (upon request)

– Earwigs

We will service any pests not covered under the HPP at a discounted rate (up to 50% off). Please note: Live trapping is not covered under the HPP.
*** Please get in touch with the office if you detect pests between scheduled stops***
• You have the option of paying for the entire year (one payment) or can pay monthly
• If you decide to pay monthly, you can cancel at any point after one full year of payments are made
• At the end of the one-year contract, we will contact you to see if you would like to renew your annual plan. We do NOT automatically renew your plan.
• We accept credit cards, cheques, or E-transfers.
